I've created this section to answer some frequently asked questions about remote service and how it can be beneficial.
How Will I get my Documents to You?
Security issues are common online, and that is why I would never recommend sending documents via email. I have a secure client portal for uploading all of your sensitive information, eliminating the need for bulky email attachments assuring your information is safe.
Are you a bit of a technophobe? I can also arrange for you to drop off hard copies of your documents with me .
What About Meetings?
Although we may not meet face to face, it does not mean that your level of personal service will be compromised. The financial world has fully embraced video chats during the recent crisis, and I do believe the trend will continue. In lieu of in-person meetings, I can arrange phone calls or video chats, as required.
